[strongSwan] openssl 1.1.1: support for ed448

openssl 1.1.1 added support for X448 and Ed448.
Is there a way to configure it with strongSwan?

No, the openssl plugin currently doesn't have a wrapper for X/Ed25519 or
X/Ed448.
